The Creative Brief is the roadmap for all parties involved: clients, marketers, producers, on-screen talent, plus filming crew. Whether you have a clear vision for your video or just a budding idea that needs nurturing, this is where our expertise begins.
This document outlines the creative concept, scope, target audience & ROI metrics, budget, production workflow, communications strategy, agreed milestones & sign-off processes.
Pre-production
Once we receive the green light from you this phase is all about diving deeper into the video concept, developing its look, feel & style, writing the script, creating storyboards, casting presenters or actors, finalising locations, designing sets, and locking down the schedule.
Production
Now it’s time to bring everything together in front of the cameras.
This is where our experienced crew excels: capturing exceptional content that brings your vision to life.
Post-production
Next, we assemble a draft edit for your approval, then refine it with further trimming, plus adding voice-over, music, sound effects, titles and graphics. We perform colour correction and audio mix – overall fine-tuning the details, ensuring your video resolves the critical business issues you require it to.
Client sign-off at each stage ensures confidence in the project’s evolution.
Final Delivery
The project concludes with delivery of the finished film, on time and within budget. Deliverables include a variety of ‘aspect ratio’ adaptations for varying social media platforms – eg., YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc..
A distribution strategy was earlier clarified by the ROI metrics identified within the Creative Brief, and we strive to optimise viewership – your customers, present and potential.
